PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively provide a baked confectionery which sufficiently develops the original aroma of cheese and is provided with crispiness on the surface and entire internal without using any special facility. SOLUTION: The baked confectionery is provided with at least one hole and includes starch and trehalose of 30 or more of maximum swelling force with a thickness of 6 mm or less, and the total area of all the holes is within the range between 3% and 50% of the area after it is baked.
