PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear member holding structure capable of being attached easily, negating the need for a fixation hole in a vehicle body, and easily preventing the flutter of a linear member, and by extension, beating sound due to the flutter. SOLUTION: In this linear member holding structure, a part of a hose 5 with flexibility is retained to an engine hood 3 and a hinge member 6. The part of the hose 5 is retained to the engine hood 3 and the hinge member 6 by the magnetic force of a magnet fixing member 7 including a permanent magnet.
