A closer for an open type vinyl vessel is provided to put an article in a vinyl vessel and to seal a vinyl vessel easily with a unit for complete sealing to intercept the smell from the content in the vinyl vessel. A closer for an open type vinyl vessel includes an adhesion member(24), a fixing member(25) and a support member(22). An adhesion surface is integrally formed on the adhesion member to make the end of the open portion of the vinyl vessel adhered to the outer circumference of the adhesion member. The fixing member is adhered to the outer diameter of the adhesion member, and is installed to be rotated. A corresponding surface that corresponds to the adhesion surface is formed on the inner diameter of the fixing member. The support member is coupled to the outer diameter of the fixing member.
