Invention herewith described provides a process for preparation of herbal vaginal suppositories with antioxidant, antimucous, antibacterial and protective effect with the use of natural active ingredients. The procedure consists formulation in the ratio of contents 550:50% V/V base supports of bioactive, phenol and azylene compounds comprising purity of ≥ 90%, in the vessel under the reduced pressure at 510C during 4 hours, introducing the obtained formulations at room temperature into prepared supraforms, cooling the filled up supraforms up to the temperature of 80C and their quick closing so as to avoid contact of the pharmaceutical formulation and oxygen to prevent degration of active ingredients. Invention further incorporates the process for preparation of a composition of bioactive phenol and azulene compounds of the mentioned purity. This procedure comprises crushing by mincing equal mass quantities of the flower of the Common Yarrow (Achillea millefolium L. ) and herbs of Wild Thyme (Thymus serrpyllum L.) up to millimeter size of particles, extraction by the mixture of ethanole and distilled water (17:83%V/V) in the extractor at 500C, at the atmospheric pressure during 24 hours, filtration for the purpose of separtion of extract from pulp, destillation of the obtained extract in the presence of water steam at 50-60 0C, at the atmospheric pressure during 2 hours for separation of ether oils from water, and fractional destillation of separated ester oils onto /at the fractional column of the length of 2,2 m by means of the normag's filling at the pressure of 0,0526 Pa, so as to obtain a mixture of the mentioned bioactive compound.
