AGENT FOR ENHANCING DENTAL QUALITY, ORAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME, FOOD AND DRINK AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for enhancing dental quality, not providing problems in safety even if used for an oral composition or a food and drink, effectively promoting recalcification of demineralized dental enamel, and capable of improving acid resistance of the dental enamel and the dental dentin; and to provide an oral composition, and a food and drink containing the agent, and a method for producing them.

SOLUTION: The agent for enhancing the dental quality comprises fossilized seaweeds and an acid as active ingredients. In another embodiment, the agent for enhancing the dental quality comprises the fossilized seaweeds, the acid and xylitol as active ingredients. The fossilized seaweeds and the acid can be formulated by previously subjecting them to mixing treatment.
