<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage type electric water heater installable in a limited installation space and superior in extrusion performance of hot water in a hot water storage tank and a boiling-up performance of water. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water storage type electric water heater comprises the hot water storage tank 10, a water inlet portion 11 formed on a prescribed position of the hot water storage tank, a hot water outlet portion 12 formed on a position different from the water inlet portion, and a partitioning structure 20 disposed in a state of forming a plurality of flow channels over the neighborhood of the water inlet portion to the neighborhood of the hot water outlet portion in the hot water storage tank. The hot water storage tank is installed in a state that its lateral length is longer than its vertical height in a state that the hot water storage type electric water heater is installed, and an incoming water guide mechanism 13 for guiding the water flow entering into the hot water storage tank from the water inlet portion, to an upper portion of the partitioning structure observed in the direction of action of gravity, to be collided therewith, is disposed in the hot water storage tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
