PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut type vending machine capable of preparing a tasty cold beverage without respect to the size of ice in a supply source. SOLUTION: Crushed ice prepared by crushing chip-shaped ice fed by an ice processing supply device 36 is fed to a cup C via a chute 38. A cold water valve 18 is opened while driving a water pump 13, and cold water prepared by cooling beverage water stored in a water reservoir 12 by a water cooling coil 16 is fed out from a cold water pipeline 20 into the chute 38. In this way, the crushed ice is prevented from sticking and staying inside the chute 38 since the crushed ice is swept by the cold water flowing down via the chute 38, and all of the fed crushed ice flows down into the cup C.
