PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly adjust a positional relation between a semiconductor laser and a photoelectric conversion element with accuracy, dispensing with a fine adjustment using a signal output from a light receiving part. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser 111, an illumination light source 130 having the same wavelength as that of the semiconductor laser 111, and an observation camera 121 are provided. By observing the light emitted from the semiconductor laser 111 and the sensor pattern of the photoelectric conversion element 112 at the same time, the relative positional relation between the semiconductor laser 111 and the photoelectric conversion element 112 is correctly adjusted without being affected by errors in an external collimator.
