A ground resistance monitoring system is provided to prevent damage to a ground line of an electrical pole by estimating an erroneous ground resistance by monitoring the ground line in real-time. A ground resistance monitoring system includes a ground resistance measuring/controlling device(20), plural management servers(200), and a unified server(300). The ground resistance measuring/controlling device is installed on respective electrical poles and measures a ground resistance of a ground line periodically or in real-time. The management servers are connected to the ground resistance measuring/controlling device, analyzes ground resistance values of the ground lines, and stores the ground resistance in real-time. The unified server is connected to the management servers and manages the ground resistances of the ground lines. |
