METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROCESSES

The application refers to technology of carrying out of physicochemical processes. More particularly it includes method, apparatus and device for carrying out physicochemical processes between different phase states fluids, which can be used in various industry sectors. Owing to the method and the device, the flows of encountering fluids are created, where their thickness and traversing speed ensure their secure and effective interaction and producing resulting mixture of the fluids. The apparatus contains an enclosure with a drum- typed rotor placed on the vertical driving shaft, a first fluid flow being created by rotating of the said rotor, a second fluid flow shaper forming the second fluid flow as a film, means for fluids loading and withdrawal as well as gas removing means. The quality of fluids mixing and emulsifying is improved and the effectiveness of chemical processes conduction- by means of intensified mixing and improved control of the process is insured.
