PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic tissue-paper roll easy to use it for even a user with the hand wet or soiled. SOLUTION: The kitchen-paper roll 10 has a sheet 1a wound on a cardboard cylinder 2 having a width substantially equal to that of the sheet 1a and has perforations 1b across the sheet 1a at specified longitudinal intervals M. The width H of the sheet 1a divided by the outside diameter L of the cylinder 2 is 2.0-4.7. The interval M divided by the outside peripheral length of the cylinder 2 is 0.5-1.2.
