PURPOSE:To enable an air flowing port to be formed under utilization of a clearance between ceiling panels, prevent a local concentration of facility equipment and the like from being attained and further to enable local variation of state of air conditioning to be carried out. CONSTITUTION:When either a plurality of ceiling base panels 1 or a plurality of ceiling facility panels 1a are installed within a device ceiling installing region, a panel is installed in a state that a clearance 7 for defining either an air conditioning air blow-out port or an air circulating port having at least one desired width is formed between either the ceiling base panel 1 or a ceiling facility panel 1a and either its adjoining ceiling base panel 1 or the ceiling facility panel 1a. |
