LINER PREVENTING CLINKER ATTACHMENT IN INCINERATOR AND INSTALLATION STRUCTURE THEREOF

A liner for preventing clinker from sticking to an incinerator and an installation structure thereof are provided to protect refractory walls of the incinerator by preventing a residual substance such as clinker generated in the incinerator from sticking to the refractory walls. An installation structure of a liner for preventing clinker from sticking to an incinerator comprises a refractory wall(100) installed in the incinerator, a plurality of fire grate units(200) arranged in the refractory wall in a stepped manner, a plurality of fixed fire grate units(200S) fixedly aligned along both sides of the refractory wall, a plurality of liners(300) for preventing clinker from sticking to the incinerator and coupling members(400) to detachably attach the liners to the incinerator. The liners are attached to top walls of the fixed fire grate units. The liners are aligned closely to each other such that a single inclined surface is defined by incline planes of front walls.
