A wire/wireless portable call recording apparatus is provided to record the contents of a call through a cord regardless of types of communication devices. A wire/wireless portable call recording apparatus comprises a mobile phone(100), the first holder(102a), a cord(104), the second holder(102b), and a recorder(106). The first holder, installed at the mobile phone, outputs signals. The second holder, installed at the recorder, inputs signals. The cord connects the first holder with the second holder so as to convey signals.
