PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and an image forming device improved in the durability of a heating belt by correcting the distortion of the heating belt. SOLUTION: The fixing device 11 provided with a heating belt 22 and a pressure roller 23 for fixing an unfixed toner image formed on the surface of a conveyance sheet comprises: a distance sensor 37 for detecting a relative distance from the surface of the heating belt 22; and a correcting device 24 for controlling the pressure force of the pressure roller 23 on the heating belt means 22 based on the detection result from the distance sensor 37.
