PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical waste container unit capable of abandoning used injection needles safely by fixing a medical waste container. SOLUTION: A hanger 2 is the hanger for hanging a square medical waster container 1 onto a side rail of a bed, is molded and integrated into one with a resin and a ring part 20 in a rectangular ring shape engaged with the surrounding of the container 1 from the downside of the container 1; a clamp part 21 which extends upwards from one side of the ring part 20, is in an almost reverse U shape, is dropped to the side rail from above, and clamps the side rail with resin elasticity; and an engagement part 23 which is engaged with the container so as to prevent the ring part 20 from dropping downward from the container 1.
