An RFMC relay system for unifying a donor, and an RFMC repeater used in the same are provided to share the donor unit of the RFMC repeater in common to connect the donor unit to each remote unit positioned at plural electric wave dead zones, thereby having no need to install plural donor devices to reduce the cost and time of equipment and solving a shortage of an installation space. An RFMC(Radio Frequency Micro Cell) relay system for unifying a donor includes an RFMC repeater(300) and an NMS(Network Management System) controller(100). The RFMC repeater performs the low noise amplification of the signal of a BS(Base station)(210) received through a donor antenna, mixes the amplified signal with the oscillation frequency of a local oscillator, performs the down-converting of the mixed signal into an IF(Intermediate Frequency) signal, passes the down-converted signal through only a desired frequency band to perform the up-converting of the down-converted signal, and transmits the high-power amplified signal to a service antenna to provide a mobile communication service to a terminal positioned at an electric wave dead zone. The NMS controller monitors RFMC state information to control the RFMC repeater and is implemented as a server in a mobile communication network(200). The RFMC repeater is comprised of a first remote unit(320), a second remote unit(330), and a third remote unit(340).
