A form block is provided to remove installation and detachment of forms by arranging reinforcing bars and pouring concrete in spaces between partitions installed between two lateral boards. A form block comprises two lateral boards(1) and partitions(4). Two lateral boards are separated from each other. The partitions are installed between the lateral boards at regular intervals to make spaces(2) for concrete. The partition is given a plurality of reinforcing bar holes(3). Insulation material(5) is installed on the surface facing the concrete space which is the inner surface of the lateral board.
