A wireless termination device for connecting a telephone to a mobile communication network and an event processing system using the device are provided to install the wireless termination device usable by many and unspecified persons by using the mobile communication network even in an environment where wire lines are hard to be installed, and to connect a general multifunction telephone, thereby using intelligent network services. A dial tone generator(127) generates a dial tone. A DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) decoder(125) decodes a DTMF signal. A telephone interface unit(121) connects a telephone. A hook signal detector(122) detects a hook-on or hook-off signal of the telephone. A transceiver(123) provides the dial tone to the connected telephone, and delivers the DTMF signal to the decoder as connecting the telephone with a mobile communication module(124) to enable a call through the telephone. A controller(131) connects the telephone to the module when an operation mode is set to a general telephone mode, and connects the telephone to an intelligent network service of a corresponding access number if the operation mode is set to an intelligent network service mode. |
