METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING AND ISOLATING CANCER STEM CELLS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying the cancer stem cell in cancer cells or cancer tissue and isolating the cancer stem cell from the cancer cells or the cancer tissues.

SOLUTION: The identification method of the cancer stem cell, comprising the preparation of the cancer cells or cancer tissue containing the cancer stem cell and detection of a cell for developing nucleostemine from the cancer cells or the cancer tissue for identifying the same as the cancer stem cell and the isolation method of the cancer stem cell, comprises the separation of the identified cancer steam cell from the cancer cells or the cancer tissues.
