PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development which avoids an offset phenomenon and a winding phenomenon in a wide temperature range, that is, excels in fixing properties. SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development includes at least a binder resin, a colorant and a butene polymer, wherein the butene polymer is preferably (1) a 1-butene homopolymer and preferably has (2) a melting point Tm(°C) by DSC of 60-80°C and (3) an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 0.3-0.5 dl/g as measured in a tetralin solvent at 135°C.
