The machine has an electric fan with a controller (4), which is connected to a power supply i.e. battery (5), that is operative even in a vehicle resting condition, and which controllably stays in effective connection with a signal generator (9) in the operation of the fan during activation of an auxiliary device. The operation of the fan is controllable during the activation of the auxiliary device depending on the temperature of the auxiliary device.
