A control unit (CU) with a memory triggers a drive unit so as to generate an adjusting force for a closing or opening motion. The CU determines a closing force adjustment value (CFAV) in each current position during a closing motion and compares the CFAV with a corresponding opening force adjustment value previously detected during an opening motion and stored in a memory.
