A structure for preventing electromagnetic interference is provided to close a distance between adjacent components by shielding an electromagnetic wave through an internal side plate. A structure for preventing electromagnetic interference includes a circuit board(50), a shield frame(60), at least one internal shield(71), and a shield cover(80). Components are mounted on a top surface thereof. The shield frame is installed in an upper part of the circuit board. A first shielding area(70) is formed in an inside of the shield frame. The at least one internal shield is provided at one side of the shield frame for a second shielding area(77) to be formed in an inside of the first shielding area. The shield cover covers the shield frame. The shield frame is composed of an upper wall(62) and a shielding wall(64). The upper wall has a rectangular shape. The shielding wall extends perpendicularly from four sides of the upper wall.
