PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of sealing property attendant on formation of a notch part at a side wall part of a fitting groove part. SOLUTION: The notch part 25 formed by notching the side wall part 20b of the fitting groove part 20 from a first bonding end surface 18 side toward a bottom part 20a side of the fitting groove part 20 is formed on an intermediate part in a longitudinal direction of the fitting groove part 20, and a first rib 26 projected from the bottom part 20a toward a distal end 21a of a fitting projection part 21 is formed on the intermediate part so as to be extended in the longitudinal direction. A second rib 27 extending along an inner wall surface of the fitting groove part 20 is formed in a U shape over a range from the bottom part 20a to a first bonding end surface 18 at both end portion of the first rib 26 of the fitting groove part 20. The second rib 27 is projected from the inner wall surface of the fitting groove part 20 toward an outer wall surface of the fitting projection part 21, and when the fitting projection part 21 is fitted into the fitting groove part 20, the first rib 26 is pressure-contacted with the distal end 21a and the second rib 27 is pressure-contacted with the outer wall surface.
