<p>A liquid crystal panel has a temperature sensor (1) formed on a glass substrate (11). The temperature sensor (1) has two joined bodies (2, 5). The joined body is formed by joining two different semiconductor films (3, 4). The joined body (5) is formed by joining two different semiconductor films (6, 7). The liquid crystal panel outputs a voltage division between the voltage applied to the joined body (2) and the voltage applied to the joined body (5), where the voltage division is outputted as a voltage according to the temperature of the liquid crystal panel. Thus, the liquid crystal panel with the temperature sensor (1) having a simple structure and high performance is provided.</p> |
