PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve safety of a secret information delivery method from a client to a server in online service processing through the Internet. SOLUTION: Secret information is divided into two and delivered from the client and a secure client to the server, or the secret information is entirely delivered from the secure client to the server. A secure client ID or secure client telephone number is transmitted from the secure client to the server, and the server delivers secret information grouped with the received secure client ID or secure client telephone number.
