摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing high quality and low SiO<SB>2</SB>sintered ore by which MgO content in sintered ore can be secured at a low cost and also reducibility, reduction degradation impellent and high temperature properties can be improved. SOLUTION: In the sintered ore, SiO<SB>2</SB>content in the sintered ore as a product is 4.0 to 4.6 mass%, a mass ratio of CaO/SiO<SB>2</SB>ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 and MgO content exceeds 0.5 mass%. As to MgO base auxiliary raw materials to be blended, the method for manufacturing the sintered ore has the following characteristics: (1) in the case where sintering productivity is 37.0 T/d/m<SP>2</SP>or above, an SiO<SB>2</SB>-MgO base auxiliary raw material is blended and no CaO-MgO base auxiliary raw material is blended; (2) in the case where sintering productivity is higher than 35.0 T/d/m<SP>2</SP>and lower than 37.0 T/d/m<SP>2</SP>, an SiO<SB>2</SB>-MgO base auxiliary raw material is blended and also a CaO-MgO base auxiliary raw material is blended; (3) in the case where sintering productivity is 35.0 T/d/m<SP>2</SP>or below, a CaO-MgO base auxiliary raw material is blended and no SiO<SB>2</SB>-MgO auxiliary raw material is blended.
