A tip dresser is provided to manufacture a cutter main body easily, and to grind an end of an electrode tip quickly and cleanly by including a holder, a cutter main body and a discharge hole. A tip dresser comprises a holder(27), a cutter main body(39) and a discharge hole(38). The holder is turned while having a turning center axis coincided with an axis center of electrode tips(6A) adjacent to each other. The cutter main body is equipped in the holder, and is capable of cutting an end portion of each electrode tip when the holder is turned. The cutter main body has structure capable of cutting the end portion of each electrode tip at the time of forward and backward turning of the holder. The discharge hole penetrated along the turning center axis is formed between the cutter main body and the holder so as to allow cut powders generated when grinding the end of the electrode tip to be discharged. |
