<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support data provision system that enables an operating company to provide gas dealers with support data by means of which the gas dealers present gas consumers with advice, proposals and information regarding gas consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The support data provision system comprises centralized monitoring apparatus 5 installed at gas dealers to collect gas usage data on a plurality of gas meters 1, a data collection center apparatus 7 connected to the plurality of centralized monitoring apparatus 5 via communication lines to analyze the gas usage data, and terminal devices 2 to 4 for receiving the stored gas usage data from the gas meters 1 and sending it to the apparatus 5 or 7. The apparatus 7 has an input means for inputting and storing the gas usage data, an extraction means for analyzing the gas usage data stored for each gas meter to extract features of the usage status of each gas meter, and a generation means for generating support data for supporting the gas dealers' sales activities to gas consumers from the extracted features. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
