The lamp (10) has light segments (14, 14`) with multiple LEDs, which emit lights of different spectral types such as warm white, cool white, red and green spectrums, and provided for illumination of an operational place. Multiple optic units (18, 38`, 40`, 42`, 44`) bundle the lights. The light segments are provided with an illumination surface (A) smaller than 50 square centimeter. A light conductor is provided between the LEDs and the optic units. The optic units are formed by a total-inner-reflection lens. A filter is provided in an optical path of the light.
