A drain valve for an oil filter is provided to keep tightness of a final discharge port by using compressive force of an inner spring and an outer spring. A drain valve for an oil filter comprises a flange, a connector, a base(14), an outer spring, an opening/closing member, and inner spring. The base has a moving press member(74), a moving blade(72), and a guide hole. The moving press unit is inserted to a bore of a fastening piece and of which an upper part and a lower part are opened. The moving blade is integrally formed at two sides of the moving press unit. The guide hole is vertically drilled at a border between the moving press unit and the moving blade to allow the fastening piece to be inserted. An upper end of the outer spring is fixed to two ends of the moving blade. And a lower end of the outer spring is elastically fixed to a lower surface of a housing. The opening/closing member has a seal unit and a vertical bar. The seal unit opens and closes a final discharge port of the flange. The vertical bar is integrally formed at an upper surface of the seal unit. A lower end of the inner spring is fixed to an upper surface of the opening/closing member. An upper end of the inner spring is fixed to a lower surface of the moving press unit.
