PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonlinear optical crystal having an improved operating temperature range and a wavelength conversion laser device including the same. SOLUTION: According to an aspect of the invention, the wavelength conversion laser device 10 includes: a laser light source 11 for emitting a positive wavelength beam; a laser medium 14 for exciting the wavelength beam 14 from the laser light source into a fundamental beam; and a nonlinear optical crystal part composed of a KTiOPO<SB>4</SB>(KTP) crystal 15 having b-c crystal plane as an incident surface of the fundamental beam to provide type II phase matching conditions, the KTP crystal converting the fundamental wavelength beam into a second harmonic generation beam and outputs it.
