HYDROGENATED CATALYST COMPOSITION, PROCESS FOR PREPARING THESAME AND USE THEREOF

A hydrogenated catalyst composition and its preparing method and use are disclosed. The composition comprises hydrogenated catalyst, organic nitrogen -containing compound, sulphurizing agent and organic solvent, wherein the am ount of the organic nitrogen-containing compound is 0.01%~20%, based on the weight of the hydrogenated catalyst. The composition is prepared by introduc ing the required substance onto the hydrogenated catalyst in oxidation state By introducing the organic nitrogen-containing compound to react with the s ulfur and the organic solvent, the rate of remaining sulfur during the activ ating of the catalyst composition can be further improved, the concentrated heat liberation can be alleviated, the temperature rise of catalyst bed can be reduced and the catalytic activity can be improved. This method can be us ed in pretreatment in many kinds of applications of the hydrogenated catalys t.
