<p>A steam oven includes an accommodating chamber 21 installed with a driving motor 6 for driving a fan 61 to rotate. An electric heater 62 is positioned around the fan 61, and a holding tray 5 having a water tank 52 received therein is disposed at the bottom of the oven. An electric heating tray 3 is fixed in the accommodating chamber 21, and a duct 25 is connected with the water tank 52 and with a water-feeding pipe 26 above the electric heating tray 3. The housing 2 of the oven has its inner wall provided with a position structure for positioning the plate door 9 of the oven. The driving motor 6 is started to drive the fan 61 to rotate and send hot air out to cooperate with the steam heated in the accommodating chamber 21 for steaming food, keeping moisture of the steamed food. The plate door 9 can be closed by an expansion spring 78 and an elastic engage member 92, preventing hot air from leaking.</p> |
