PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a steel floor plate while minimizing road closure, lane control or the like. SOLUTION: In this method of repairing a steel floor plate 1 in which U-ribs 5 of U-shapes in cross section are fixedly arranged on the lower surface of a flat plate-like steel deck plate 3 through a weld part 4, damage to the steel floor plate 1 caused by fatigue cracking is eliminated. After a crack growth prevention measure for preventing a crack from growing is taken, a reinforcing member R for reinforcing areas of the steel floor plate 1 around the crack including the cracked areas is applied to the steel floor plate 1 from the underside and integrally fixed thereto.
