An environmentally friendly resin composition is provided to reduce the environmental pollution in case of the incineration of the resin composition and to reduce a manufacturing cost. An environmentally friendly resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a synthetic resin; 55-60 parts by weight of rice hulls; 20-30 parts by weight of a corn starch; an additive; and optionally 3-5 parts by weight of a lead (Pb)-free nontoxic stabilizer. Preferably the rice hulls is stirred and dried at a temperature of 120-130 deg.C; and the synthetic resin contains glycerin, ethylene diglycol or 4-butanediol as a plasticizer. |
