An apparatus for controlling an ascension pipe of a coke oven is provided to be able to smoothly perform opening and closing operations of the high pressure ammonia water valve although rotation centers of a high pressure ammonia water valve and an ammonia water opening-and-closing equipment do not correspond with each other, and stably transfer driving force to a damper valve although an attachment plate of a damper driving link is deformed. In an apparatus for controlling an ascension pipe of a coke oven, comprising an ammonia water valve opening-and-closing equipment(10) for opening and closing a high pressure ammonia water valve formed on the ascension pipe, and a damper valve opening-and-closing equipment for opening and closing a damper valve formed on a gas collecting pipe branched off from the ascension pipe, the apparatus is characterized in that the ammonia water valve opening-and-closing equipment includes: a head part which is operated by an ordinary actuator(11) comprising a rotary drive part(11a) and a straight drive part(11b), and which is consisted of the finger shaft and a pair of housings; a finger shaft which forms a reference plane by processing one side face of a round bar, and has a plurality of inclination planes alternately formed on the reference plane; a pair of fingers formed at both ends of the finger shaft and linked to each other; a plurality of leaf springs formed on an inner part of one of the pair of housings; and stoppers symmetrically formed such that the stoppers are inclined to both sides to limit a horizontal rotation angle of the finger shaft. The ammonia water valve opening-and-closing equipment additionally includes servo valves(12), a pressure sensor(13), an encoder(14), and a controller(15). |
