PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely deliver a disk to a turntable by making the center of a disk housed and held in a device body with an axial center of the turntable. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a cylindrical member 59, where a reproduction position correcting means coincides with an axial line so as to pass the center hole D-1 of a disk D that is moving upward it and which is suspended to the top plate of the device body, a tip part 59a of the cylindrical member is formed in a tapering off state, and center deviation can be corrected, by surely engaging to the cylindrical member 59, even if position deviation is caused more or less at the center hole D-1 of the disk.
