PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive wheel deterioration diagnosis apparatus capable of individually and precisely diagnosing the degree of deterioration of the wheels of a plurality of mobile units traveling on a track. SOLUTION: The wheel deterioration diagnosis apparatus comprises: an abnormal wheel detection means capable of detecting a wheel of which the axis center is decentered from that of an axle, when the axle mounted to the mobile unit via the axle is rolled in contact on the track; a vibration collection sensor for detecting vibration generated when the wheel is rolled on an inspection rail mounted on the separated inspection rail by forming one portion of the track; and a vibration analyzer for collecting vibration information via the vibration collection sensor while one wheel passes the inspection rail.
