PURPOSE: A magnetization device is provided, which is installed at the exit pipe of a water heater and cooler for spring water and clean water, to make the water be the magnetized water. CONSTITUTION: The magnetization device is installed between an exit pipe and a water tank; and comprises an upper magnetic system(22) where internal magnets are arranged; an under magnetic system(18) where internal magnets are arranged; holes(2, 3) for connecting the two magnetic systems by a nut passing through them, which are formed in the upper magnetic system(22) and correspond to the holes of the under magnetic system(18). A pipe(11) passes through the space which is formed between the two magnetic systems. The magnetic filed generated by the device is 5,000-5,500 Gauss.
