<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the mode of information presentation by determining the condition of a user from the action in the user's input operation. <P>SOLUTION: A detecting part for detecting a key typing speed and a key typing strength is provided to detect the irritation degree of the user from the detection result. When it exceeds the ordinary key typing strength, the presentation mode to output information to the user in a step S24 is changed. In this case, a character size is maximized and most highlighted.
