<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition suitable for forming a protective film for an optical device, which film is forming a highly flat cured film even on a substrate of a low flatness surface, and is excellent in transparency, surface hardness, heat resistance, pressure resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, sputtering resistance and storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin composition comprises a polymer [A] composed of (a-1) a polymerizable unsaturated compound containing an oxiranyl group or an oxetanyl group and (a-2) a polymerizable unsaturated compound containing at least one hydroxy group, and a solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
