<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off device of an opening part of a clean chamber which can completely shut off any mist or gas of a germicide generated in the clean chamber when the germless filling operation is stopped, and need not continuously feed germless air. <P>SOLUTION: The shut-off device of an opening part of the clean chamber which accommodates each device for performing sterile operation such as germless filling in a beverage vessel, and maintains a germless condition comprises an opening part to carry in and carry out the vessel, a slide shutter means to shut off the opening part by allowing a shutter plate to slide, and a vessel delivering means.
