PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein the recording of significant sound data do not seem sufficient, in circumstances where there are much noises in the conventional methods for switching the recording method of voice information by using the voice information as the reference of discrimination. SOLUTION: This information processor is configured of a change extraction means for extracting the change in the video, from video data, and a control means for changing sound data corresponding to the video data based on the change.
