PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nailing device having a nailing nozzle angle adjustment means which can produce a strong panel and improve the reliability of panel quality. SOLUTION: The nailing device 1 used for producing the panel formed by fixing a surface plate to a plurality of backing sash bars 3 arranged in parallel by nails hammered from the surface plate side includes a workbench 4 on which the panel is mounted, a mobile frame 5 set movably in the upper part of the workbench, and a plurality of nailing units 7 which are attached to the mobile frame, set separately in the panel width direction of the same direction as the backing sash bars, and have downward nailing nozzles for ejecting the nails.
