PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein liquid drops adhering to the back of a sealing plug may be possibly scattered around, when the sealing plug is removed from a specimen container such as a blood collecting tube. SOLUTION: A plug-opening pretreatment mechanism 24 transmits ultrasonic vibration to the sealing plug 20A provided on an upper part of the blood collecting tube 20 before opening the plug. To put it concretely, the plug-opening pretreatment mechanism has a hammering head 29, and the hammering head 29 has a vibration unit 30 having built-in ultrasonic vibration and transmission part 32 to which the ultrasonic vibration therefrom is transmitted.
