PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sitting comfort of seat, in a seat structure wherein a headrest can be retracted in a seat back. SOLUTION: In a seat 10, when a headrest 42 is retracted in a seat back 26, the headrest 42 and a coupling link 46 are rotated to move a moving portion 32 to a rear side. Therefore, a storage recessed portion 48 is formed on the seat back 26, and the head rest 42 is stored in the storage recessed portion 48. On the other hand, when retracting to the seat back 26 of the head rest 42 is released, the head rest 42 and the coupling link 46 are rotated to move the moving portion 32 to a front side, thereby releasing the forming of the storage recessed portion 48 in the seat back 26.
