PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anyone to learn the points to be improved and get advice without hesitation. SOLUTION: In a lecture system, a monitor camera 402 that monitors the area where a lecture participant exists is connected to a server 303 of a lecture room 300. The monitor camera 402 transmits the video of a user 101 to the server 303. An instructor 301 inputs advice about the video into the server 303.
