<p>Power source lines (1) and scanning lines (3) are so arranged in different wiring layers as to intersect each other at right angles. A bypass line (111) is arranged in the same wiring layer as that of the scanning lines (3) and at least partially of the portions which exclude the plane positions of the scanning lines (3) from the plane positions of the power source lines (1). Contacts (121, 122) connect the power source lines (1) and the bypass line (111) electrically. The bypass line (111) is thus connected in parallel with the power source lines (1) so that the resistances of the power source lines (1) can be reduced to suppress the brightness irregularity of a display screen. No new fabrication step is needed for providing the bypass line (111) so that the numerical aperture is not lowered even if the bypass line (111) is provided. If this bypass line (111) is made thicker than the power source lines (1), it is also possible to prevent the malfunction of a pixel circuit from being caused by a light incident from the outside.</p> |
